17-4664.   Same; filing of.Articles of incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger,conversion or dissolution, when executed and accompanied by such affidavits asrequired by applicable provisions of the renewable energy electric generationcooperative act, shall be presented to the secretary of state for filing in therecords of the secretary's office. If the secretary of state finds that thearticles presented conform to the requirements of the renewable energy electricgeneration cooperative act, the secretary, upon the payment of the feesprovided by the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act, shallfile such articles in the records of the secretary's office. Upon such filingthe incorporation, amendment, consolidation, merger, conversion or dissolutionshall be in effect. The provisions of this section shall also apply tocertificates of election to dissolve and affidavits executed in connection withsuch certificates of election to dissolve pursuant to subsection (b) of K.S.A.17-4668, and amendments thereto.
