17-4673.   Actions or suits affecting easement orlease.No action or suit affecting an easement or lease may be broughtagainst a cooperative doing business in this state pursuant to the renewableenergy electric generation cooperative act, or against any agent, servant oremployee thereof, by reason of the maintenance of electric transmission lineson any real property after the expiration of a period of two years ofcontinuous maintenance of such lines without the consent of the person orpersons legally entitled to object to such maintenance.
