17-4679. Payment of costs of certificated retail
electric provider.
If a member of a cooperative organized under the renewable
energy electric generation cooperative act is located within the certificated
territory of a retail electric supplier, such supplier may charge such member
of the cooperative a monthly fee which reflects the cost of providing standby
electric service, distribution system repair and maintenance and other
reasonable costs of being the provider of last resort.
