17-4679.   Payment of costs of certificated retailelectric provider.If a member of a cooperative organized under the renewableenergy electric generation cooperative act is located within the certificatedterritory of a retail electric supplier, such supplier may charge such memberof the cooperative a monthly fee which reflects the cost of providing standbyelectric service, distribution system repair and maintenance and otherreasonable costs of being the provider of last resort.
