17-4680.   Interconnection agreements,requirements.Any agreement between a cooperative organized under therenewable energy electric generation cooperative act and the owner ofdistribution or transmission lines directly interconnecting with generationfacilities of members of such cooperative for use of such lines by thecooperative shall require that all safety, system reliability and otherappropriate issues shall have been satisfactorily resolved by the parties priorto the cooperative's first delivery of electricity.
