Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS


Article 46.--ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, NONPROFIT, MEMBERSHIP CORPORATIONS

     
17-4681.   Severability.
If any provisions of this act or its application to any person
or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other
provisions or applications of the act that can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application. To this end the provisions of this act are
severable.
