17-4682.   Application of general corporationcode.(a) The provisions of the Kansas general corporation code andall powers and rights thereunder shall apply to the corporations organizedunder the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act, except wheresuch provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent with express provisions ofthe renewable energy electric generation cooperative act.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to therenewable energy electric generation cooperative act.
