17-4755.   Instrument executed by municipality; presumption.Any instrument executed by a municipality and purporting to convey anyright, title or interest in any property under this act shall beconclusively presumed to have been executed in compliance with theprovisions of this act insofar as title or other interest of any bona fidepurchasers, lessees or transferees of such property is concerned.
