17-49a09.   Nontestamentary transfer on death.(a) A transfer on death resulting from a registration inbeneficiary form is effective by reason of the contract regarding theregistration between the owner and the registering entity and this act and isnot testamentary.

      (b)   This act does not limit the right of creditors of security ownersagainst beneficiaries and other transferees under other laws of this state.
