17-5102.   Same; additional terms.The following words used in articles 51 to 58, inclusive, of chapter 17of Kansas Statutes Annotated, and acts amendatory thereof are defined asfollows: (a) A "branch office" of an association shall mean a place ofbusiness of the association, other than the home office authorized bythe board of directors of the association and approved by the savingsand loan board. Any business which may be transacted at the home officeof the association, may be transacted at any branch office.

      (b)   The "home office" of an association shall mean a place ofbusiness of the association other than the branch authorized by theboard of directors of the association and approved by the savings andloan board. At such home office of the association, any and all businessauthorized by law may be transacted. All branch offices shall be subjectto direction from the home office.
