17-5204.   Commissioner to endorse petitions with certificate ofapproval; return duplicate original of petition, certificate ofincorporation and approved bylaws to association; retain original petition,certificate of incorporation and bylaws.The commissioner shall endorse upon the two copies of the petition forcertificate of incorporation filed with him such certificate of approvaland return the duplicate, original and a copy of the certificate ofincorporation to the association, addressed to the chairman of theincorporators, and shall retain the original petition for certificate ofincorporation and a copy of the certificate of incorporation in thepermanent files of his office. He shall return one copy of the approvedbylaws to the association, addressed to the chairman of the incorporators,and retain in the permanent files of his office the original signed copy ofthe approved bylaws. A certified copy of the petition for certificate ofincorporation, the certificate of approval of incorporation and thecertificate of incorporation shall be filed in the office of the registerof deeds in the county where the home office of such association islocated.
