17-5211.   Meetings of members; notice.The bylaws of every association shall provide the dates of regularmeetings of members; the manner of calling special meetings; and thatnotice of all meetings of members shall be either published once a week fortwo successive calendar weeks (in each instance on any day of the week)immediately prior to the week in which such meetings shall convene, in anewspaper printed in the English language and of general circulation in thecity or county in which the home office of the association is located, ormail postage prepaid at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date on whichsuch meeting shall convene to all members of record at the last addressappearing on the books of the association.
