Article 52.--SAVINGS AND LOAN CODE; INCORPORATION AND ORGANIZATION

     
17-5216.   Written instruments; method of execution.
The bylaws shall prescribe which officer or officers shall execute
written instruments: Provided, That instruments affecting real estate
shall be executed as provided in the case of other corporations.
