17-5221.   Organization meeting.Within thirty days after the corporate existence of any associationshall begin, the directors of the association shall hold an organizationmeeting and shall elect officers pursuant to the provisions of this act andthe bylaws. At the organization meeting the directors shall take such otheraction as is appropriate in connection with beginning the transaction ofbusiness by the association.
