17-5225.   Home office or branch; establishment or relocation.No home office or branch of an association shall be established, opened,moved or relocated without first applying for and obtaining from thesavings and loan board written approval, except that a home office or branchestablished by a savings and loan association located at the home officeor branch of a liquidated association, shall not be required to obtain writtenapproval from the board, if the commissioner certifies in writing that suchaction is in the best interest of the members of the liquidated association.
