17-5225a. Same; application.
The application for such home office or branch shall be in such form as
the savings and loan board may by regulation require. The application shall
include an estimate of the annual income and expenses of the proposed home
office or branch, the annual volume of business to be transacted by it, a
statement of the functions to be performed at such office, the primary
geographical area to be served, and a statement as to the personnel and
office facilities to be provided for the operation of the office.
