17-5225a.   Same; application.The application for such home office or branch shall be in such form asthe savings and loan board may by regulation require. The application shallinclude an estimate of the annual income and expenses of the proposed homeoffice or branch, the annual volume of business to be transacted by it, astatement of the functions to be performed at such office, the primarygeographical area to be served, and a statement as to the personnel andoffice facilities to be provided for the operation of the office.
