17-5229.   Establishment of branch office in another state, when.Subject to such prohibitions, limitations and conditions asthe state savings and loan commissioner may by regulation prescribe, anystate chartered savingsand loan association having its home office in this state may establish andoperate a branch office in a state other than Kansas if the law of thatstate in which the branch is to be located permits the establishment andoperation of such branch office by an association with its home officelocated in Kansas. Such regulations shall not exceed the authority grantedto federally chartered savings and loan associations to operate a branch ina state other than Kansas.
