Article 53.--SAVINGS AND LOAN CODE; MANAGEMENT

     
17-5303.   Membership fees prohibited; charges.
No fee of any kind may be charged for becoming, remaining or ceasing to
be a member of an association. Reasonable charges may be assessed for late
payments, prepayments of a loan or in connection with the
administration of savings or demand accounts.
