17-5309. Financial statement to be published annually.
Every association shall prepare and publish annually within 30 days of the
close of the fiscal year of such association in a newspaper of general circulation,
in the county
in which the home office of such association is located, and shall
deliver to each member upon application therefor a statement of its
financial condition in the form prescribed or approved by the
commissioner.
