17-5321. Records to be kept at home office; record account of eachperson; availability.Every association shall keep at the home office correct and completebooks of accounts and minutes of the proceedings of members, directors andthe executive committee. A complete record of all transactions shall bemaintained at all times, and a record of the account of each person doingbusiness with the association shall be made available to him at any timeupon request.
