17-5327.   Appraisal of real estate owned and that securing delinquentloans.Every association shall appraise each parcel of real estate at the timeof acquisition thereof. The commissioner may require the appraisal of realestate owned and of real estate securing loans and contracts which aredelinquent more than six months.
