17-5327. Appraisal of real estate owned and that securing delinquent
loans.
Every association shall appraise each parcel of real estate at the time
of acquisition thereof. The commissioner may require the appraisal of real
estate owned and of real estate securing loans and contracts which are
delinquent more than six months.
