17-5329.   Maintenance of membership records.Every association shall maintain membership records, which shall showthe number of each membership certificate issued, the name and address ofthe member to whom issued, whether the member is a shareholder, or aborrower, the date of issue thereof, the name and address of eachtransferee of each membership certificate, and the date of transfer.
