17-5329. Maintenance of membership records.
Every association shall maintain membership records, which shall show
the number of each membership certificate issued, the name and address of
the member to whom issued, whether the member is a shareholder, or a
borrower, the date of issue thereof, the name and address of each
transferee of each membership certificate, and the date of transfer.
