17-5426.   Same; federal association converting to state associationauthorized to operate with guarantee stock, when.Any federal savings and loan association converting to a state charteredassociation under the provisions of K.S.A. 17-5535 may, as an incident tosuch conversion, upon filing ofproof with the commissioner that the provisions of the savings and loancode, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto, have been metin its plan of conversion, operate as a state chartered association withguarantee stock.
