17-5512a. Agreements prohibiting or restricting prepayment of loans
other than home loans.
All loans evidenced by notes secured by first real estate mortgages against
improvements other than home loans may include in the note and mortgage,
a contractual agreement prohibiting or otherwise restricting prepayment
for a specified period after the date of the note and mortgage.
