17-5512a.   Agreements prohibiting or restricting prepayment of loansother than home loans.All loans evidenced by notes secured by first real estate mortgages againstimprovements other than home loans may include in the note and mortgage,a contractual agreement prohibiting or otherwise restricting prepaymentfor a specified period after the date of the note and mortgage.
