17-5515.   Collection and payment of loan expenses.Such reasonable initial charges may be collected by the association fromthe borrower and paid to any persons, including any director, officer, oremployee of the association, rendering such services or paid directly bythe borrower. In lieu of such initial charges to cover such expenses andcosts, an association may charge a reasonable charge, part or all of whichmay be retained by the association which renders such service, or part orall of which may be paid to others who render such services.
