17-5524.   Same; dissolution results.In the event of the disposition of all of the property of an associationpursuant to this section, the vote of members shall be a vote fordissolution and a certificate of dissolution shall be executed anddissolution shall be effected in accordance with this act. Any member'svote under this section may be taken in connection with a vote ondissolution under the provisions of this act.
