17-5525.   Conversion of state association into federal savings and loanassociation; vote requirements.Any association may convert itself into a federal savings and loanassociation in accordance with the provisions of section 5 [*] of homeowners' loan act of 1933, as now or hereafter amended, upon a vote offifty-one percent or more of the votes of all the members of theassociation at an annual meeting, or at any special meeting called toconsider such action.
