17-5528.   Same; copy of charter or certificate to be filed withcommissionerand secretary of state.There shall be filed with the commissioner within sixty days a copy ofthe charter issued to such federal savings and loan association by thefederal home loan bank board, or a certificate showing the organization ofsuch association as a federal savings and loan association, certified bythe secretary or assistant secretary of the federal home loan bank board. Asimilar copy of the charter, or of such certificate shall be filed by theassociation with the secretary of state.
