17-5529.   Same; failure to file; penalty.Failure to file any such instrument either with the commissioner or thesecretary of state shall not affect the validity of such conversion, butsuch failure shall subject the association to a penalty of fifty dollarsfor each day's failure after the time limit specified in this act.
