17-5532.   Same; continuation of judicial proceedings.All pending actions and other judicial proceedings to which theconverting state association is a party shall not be deemed to have abatedor to have discontinued by reason of such conversion, but may be prosecutedto final judgment, order or decree in the same manner as if such conversioninto such federal association had not been made and such federalassociation resulting from such conversion may continue such action in itscorporate name as a federal association, and any judgment, order or decreemay be rendered for or against it, which might have been rendered for oragainst the converting state association theretofore involved in suchjudicial proceedings.
