17-5533.   Same; recognition by state.Any association or corporation, which has heretofore converted itselfinto a federal savings and loan association under the provisions of thehome owners' loan act of 1933, and has received a charter from the federalhome loan bank board, shall hereafter be recognized as a federal savingsand loan association and its federal charter shall be given full credenceby the courts of this state to the same extent as if such conversion hadtaken place under the provisions of this act: Provided, Suchassociation shall have filed with the commissioner a copy of the federalcharter or a certificate showing the organization of such association as afederal savings and loan association.
