17-5536.   Same; minutes of meeting to be filed with the federal home loanbank board.Copies of the minutes of the proceedings of such meeting of members,verified by the affidavit of the secretary or an assistant secretary, shallbe filed in the office of the commissioner and mailed to the federal homeloan bank board, Washington, D.C., within ten days after such meeting. Suchverified copies of the proceedings of the meeting when so filed shall bepresumptive evidence of the holding and action of such meeting.
