17-5537.   Same; vote on directors of converted association required.At the meeting at which conversion is voted upon, the members shall alsovote upon the directors who shall be the directors of the state-charteredassociation after conversion takes effect. Such directors shall thenexecute two copies of the petition for certificate of incorporationprovided for in this act and two copies of the bylaws.
