17-5555.   Same; filing of copies with commissioner; examination ofassociation.Six copies of such certificate shall be filed with the commissioner whoshall examine such association, and, if he finds that it is in a safe andsound condition, shall so note, together with his approval of suchdissolution, upon all the copies of the certificate of dissolution.
