17-5557.   Same; continuation for winding up affairs.Upon such approval, the association shall be dissolved and shall ceaseto carry on business, but nevertheless shall continue as a corporate entityfor the sole purpose of paying, satisfying and discharging existingliabilities and obligations, collecting and distributing assets, and doingall other acts required to adjust, wind up and dissolve its business andaffairs.
