17-5561.   Same; final report and accounting; discharge of directors.Upon completion of liquidation, the board of directors shall file withthe commissioner a final report and accounting of such liquidation. Theapproval of such report by the commissioner shall operate as a complete andfinal discharge of the board of directors or any member thereof inconnection with the liquidation of such association.
