17-5565.   Remote service units.Any savings and loan association or savings bankhaving its principaloffice in this state may provide and engage in financialtransactions by means of remote service units wherever located. Such remoteservice units shall not be considered to bebranch offices or agencies. Any financial transaction effected by use of aremote service unit shall be deemed to be transacted at the savings andloan association to which the information is transmitted for entry into acustomer's account.
