17-5566.   Same; conditions to operation and use of; exceptions.As a general condition to the operation and use of any remote serviceunit in this state, a savings and loan association, which desires tooperate or enable its customers to utilize a remote service unit must agreethat such remote service unit will be available for use by customers of anyother savings and loan association, upon the request of such association toshare its use and the agreement of such association to share all costsincurred in connection with its development, installation and operation.The owner of the remote service unit, whether a savings and loanassociation or any other person, shall make the remote service unitavailable for use by other savings and loan associations and theircustomers on a nondiscriminatory basis, conditioned upon payment of areasonable proportion of all costs incurred in connection with thedevelopment, installation and operation of the remote service unit.Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, this section shall not requirethat remote service units located on, or a part of, the physical structureof the home office facility or branch office facility of any savings andloan association be shared with any other savings and loan association.
