17-5613.   Order to discontinue any unsafe or illegal practice.If the commissioner as a result of any examination or from any reportmade to him shall find any association is violating the provisions of itscertificate of incorporation or bylaws, or the laws of this state, or ofthe United States, or any lawful order of the commissioner, or isconducting its business in an unsafe manner, he shall, by an order, directdiscontinuance of such violation or unsafe practice, and conformance withall requirements of law.
