Article 56.--SAVINGS AND LOAN CODE; SUPERVISION

     
17-5615.   Same; powers and privileges.
Any special deputy commissioner appointed by the commissioner shall have all
the rights,
powers and privileges possessed by the officers, board of directors and
members of the association.
