17-5617.   Same; removal of director, officer or employees.The directors and officers shall remain in office and the employeesshall remain in their respective positions, but the specialdeputy commissioner may remove anydirector, officer or employee provided the order of removal of a directoror officer shall be approved in writing by the commissioner.
