17-5619. Same; appointment certification.
The appointment of a special deputy commissioner shall be evidenced by the
commissioner
issuing a certificate under the seal of the commissioner's office delivered to
the board
of directors of the association, certifying that a special deputy commissioner
has been
appointed pursuant to this act and such certificate shall state the
compensation to be received by such special deputy commissioner.
