17-5619.   Same; appointment certification.The appointment of a special deputy commissioner shall be evidenced by thecommissionerissuing a certificate under the seal of the commissioner's office delivered tothe boardof directors of the association, certifying that a special deputy commissionerhas beenappointed pursuant to this act and such certificate shall state thecompensation to be received by such special deputy commissioner.
