17-5621. Same; restoration certification.
In the event the commissioner determines to restore the management such
determination shall be evidenced by the commissioner's certificate under
the commissioner's seal delivered to the board of directors of the association
reciting
that the special deputy commissioner is redelivering the management of the
association to the board of directors of the association then in office.
