17-5621.   Same; restoration certification. In the event the commissioner determines to restore the management suchdetermination shall be evidenced by the commissioner's certificate underthe commissioner's seal delivered to the board of directors of the associationrecitingthat the special deputy commissioner is redelivering the management of theassociation to the board of directors of the association then in office.
