17-5624.   Same; certificate ordering reorganization.Such determination shall be evidenced by the commissioner's certificateunder the seal of his office delivered to the association stating thatunless the association reorganize under the provisions of this act within aperiod of ninety days from the date of such certificate, or within suchfurther time as the commissioner shall approve, the commissioner willproceed to liquidate the association.
