17-5624. Same; certificate ordering reorganization.
Such determination shall be evidenced by the commissioner's certificate
under the seal of his office delivered to the association stating that
unless the association reorganize under the provisions of this act within a
period of ninety days from the date of such certificate, or within such
further time as the commissioner shall approve, the commissioner will
proceed to liquidate the association.
