17-5626.   Same; certification of appointment.The taking of possession by the receiver shall be evidenced by thecommissioner issuing a certificate under the seal of his office deliveredto the home office of the association, certifying that a receiver has beenappointed to take possession of its property, business and assets pursuantto this act.
