17-5626. Same; certification of appointment.
The taking of possession by the receiver shall be evidenced by the
commissioner issuing a certificate under the seal of his office delivered
to the home office of the association, certifying that a receiver has been
appointed to take possession of its property, business and assets pursuant
to this act.
