17-5628.   Same; posting constitutes notice of receivership.The posting of such certificate shall be notice to all directors,officers, employees, members, creditors, and the public generally that alldealings with the association shall thereafter be had through the receiveror his duly appointed agents as long as the receiver shall remain in thepossession of the assets of the association.
