17-5628. Same; posting constitutes notice of receivership.
The posting of such certificate shall be notice to all directors,
officers, employees, members, creditors, and the public generally that all
dealings with the association shall thereafter be had through the receiver
or his duly appointed agents as long as the receiver shall remain in the
possession of the assets of the association.
