17-5637.   Same; progress report.During the course of the liquidation of any association by a receiversuch receiver shall prepare a report of the progress of liquidation and ofthe financial condition of the association in liquidation which shall bemailed not later than the thirty-first day of January and July to eachmember and creditor of the association, the original signed and sealed copythereof to be delivered to the board.
