17-5639.   Same; discharge, hearing.Upon acceptance for filing of such final report by the board, afterhearing by such board, if it so elects, the receiver shall be dischargedwithout further liability.

      Any hearing under this section shall be conducted in accordance withthe provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
