17-5642.   Appeal of conservatorship or receivership matters; effect.If an association deems itself aggrieved by the action of thecommissioner in taking possession of its property, business and assets, forthe purposes of conservatorship or receivership, or any order issued by thecommissioner in connection with any conservatorship or receivership, it mayappeal from such action to the board. No action taken by a conservator or areceiver while in office shall be invalidated by such appeal having beenfiled or by any order of the board. The filing of such an appeal shall notremove a conservator from the management of an association or a receiverfrom possession of the property and assets of an association during thependency of such appeal.
