17-5644.   Order of commissioner redelivering association to directors;recordation.A signed and sealed copy of such order of the commissioner redeliveringthe association to the board of directors shall be recorded with theregister of deeds of the county in which the home office of the associationmay be located in the same manner as is provided in this act for therecordation of a certificate of the commissioner appointing a receiver, andupon such recordation all the property of the association shall becomevested in the association by operation of law.
