17-5644. Order of commissioner redelivering association to directors;
recordation.
A signed and sealed copy of such order of the commissioner redelivering
the association to the board of directors shall be recorded with the
register of deeds of the county in which the home office of the association
may be located in the same manner as is provided in this act for the
recordation of a certificate of the commissioner appointing a receiver, and
upon such recordation all the property of the association shall become
vested in the association by operation of law.
