17-5701. Fees; disposition.Associations shall pay to the commissioner fees due under the provisionsof this section and K.S.A. 17-5702 to 17-5707, inclusive, and amendmentsthereto. The commissioner shall remit all moneys received by or forthe commissioner from fees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto.Upon receipt of each such remittance, the statetreasurer shall depositthe entire amount in the state treasury. Twenty percent ofeach such deposit shall be credited to the state general fund and thebalance shall be credited to the bank commissioner feefund.
Upon the filing with the commissioner of a certificate ofincorporation the incorporators shall simultaneously pay anincorporation fee of $200. Any savings andloan association incorporated under this act, or any prior act, may extendthe duration of time for which such association was organized by a voteof 51% of its shareholders present in person orby proxy at any association annual or special meeting called for thatpurpose, and such action of the shareholders shall be certified to thestate bank commissioner accompanied by a fee of $12.50.
